Urgent Care

All our optometrists are accredited to provide WGOS2 appointments.

If you have an acute eye problem that requires urgent attention e.g. red eye, sudden loss of vision, flashes and or floaters, a WGOS2 appointment may be required.

We aim to see patients requiring an urgent eye appointment as soon as possible. We will need to discuss the nature of your problem and advise on how best to treat you. This may include discussing with the optometrist and assessing the urgency of your problem. If we are unable to see you at the practice, we will help you find an appointment at an alternative local practice.

UPDATE DEC 2021:

We are taking bookings for Eye Examinations, Contact Lenses and Collections.

All visits to the practice are by appointment only and need to be pre-booked before arrival.

For the safety of our staff and patients, we have a restricted number of people in the practice. This enables us to sanitise the practice between each patient and allow safe distancing inside.

Due to the continuing situation, our clinic capacity is lower than it was previously, but we endeavour to see you as soon as possible.

We are open Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm & Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.
